About Me
I believe we all deserve to live a life we love. I am a leadership coaching, and organizational development professional with 30 years of experience in the high technology, nonprofit, and education sectors. One of my greatest passions is to help individuals, small companies, and nonprofits align their values and strengths to their higher purpose.
I help my clients assess the status of a problem or opportunity such as changes in leadership, change in business models, financial sustainability issues, or career and life changes and work with them to figure out next steps. I have rebuilt three local organizations, one of them on the verge of closing and turned them in to thriving entities. I am an analytical and a conceptual thinker who effectively partners with senior managers to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations.
My career is committed to building healthy mission aligned work environments by supporting individual, organizational, and community transformation. I have two superpowers: developing strong relationships and toggling between the big picture and details.
